New Year, New Office Cleaning Routine
While we are all working on improving ourselves for the New Year, don’t forget about your office. Why not start a new office cleaning routine? Creating a routine now will save you stress later.
Make a list.
Here at Rocky Mountain Manpower, we believe that consistency in cleaning is important. The first step is creating a list. Lists will help keep you organized, and nothing is more satisfying than checking off one of those little boxes. Now we know that not every task needs to be completed every day, so it’s best to divide your tasks between: daily, weekly, and monthly.
Here are sample lists that you can build off of:
-Vacuum and sweep floors
-Wash and sanitize bathroom sinks and countertops
-Empty trash cans and add new liners
-Run dishwasher and empty dishwasher
-Spot clean windows and glass surfaces
-Clean glass surfaces with a glass cleaner
-Dust light fixtures
-Refill soap dispensers and hand sanitizers
-Clean and disinfect bathrooms
-Clean windows, inside and out
-Clean refrigerator and dispose of expired items
-Vacuum all vents
-Dust any high and hard-to-reach surfaces
